Kelly Collins

B.A. Kinesiology, NASM CPT, eRYT 200

Kelly has been a leader in the San Diego fitness industry for 9 years. After 5 years of practicing yoga and incorporating it into her personal life, she became a 200hr certified yoga instructor through the Awakened Life School of Yoga in Bali, Indonesia. While receiving her certification, Kelly drew a lot of inspiration from her teachers Gabrielle Whitewolf, Joe Miller, and Cristi Christensen. By immersing herself in yoga, Kelly had a major life shift and fell in love with the practice.

In her classes, Kelly uses her energetic presence and creativity to both challenge her students and leave them feeling rejuvenated. She strives to push her students to new lengths and show them that they are capable of anything, on and off the mat.

When Kelly isn't practicing yoga, teaching clients, or planning out bucket list retreats, she enjoys running around with her beloved furbaby Coco, going on adventures, and drinking a glass of wine.

Alice has found herself through yoga and travel multiple times and it has become her life's work to share this experience with others.

Alice lives by the motto "explore the world around, discover the world within" and believes that we uncover parts of our being every time we experience a new place or culture, or have a breakthrough on the yoga mat.

In early 2015 after 6 years of practice, Alice completed her 200hr yoga certification through Spirit Yoga Studios in San Diego, and quickly began teaching at multiple premier local studios.

Alice's specialty is a sweaty, intention driven Vinyasa flow. Her style is meditative, yet groovy, and she loves to build a class slowly to work into advanced asana. She also loves to teach yin yoga for deep emotional and spiritual healing.

Alice encourages students to approach their practice with curiosity and intuition and to show themselves that with hard work, anything we wish for is already ours for the taking.
